Blue Screen/Freezing (not sound problem)

hey my poe keeps freezing the computer, or bluescreen. its not the sound problem, I've tried --nosound and my sound card is not the problematic one. i got an error report once (i dont know what these mean)

i am pretty sure i have all the newest drivers for my hardware. my pc isn't great but i thought it would be good enough, i have an AMD Radeon HD 6570 graphics card and AMD sound card. however, i am running a television as the monitor, could this be the issue? thanks!

You would need to post the minidump for the bsod, the only thing so far that i've found with those codes is overheating, other posts mention loose cable conections.
