Life max. on amulets

Hi, i checked the official website of POE and i saw life can be up to 109 on any items, but someone told me amulets can't reach 80 life ...

Is that true ? If yes, why ?

tells me it's 79 which requires an itemlevel of 44.

The prefix is called "virile".

However, you can get strength on an amulet aswell, which will increase it's effective life bonus.

The Highest strength roll is a suffix called "of the Titan" and grants +50 strength(top roll).

This means +25 max life (1 per 2 points of strength gained).

79+25 is 104, so the highest effective life an amulet can grant is actually 104.


Edit: I can't see how it can get to 109 though.

Edit 2: Nvm, you can roll +all attributes aswell and get strength implicit. Thats even more life. So 109 is easily possible.

30 Strength implicit. 32 Strength from the highest +all attributes mod. 50 strength from "of the titan". Thats 112 total, which means 56 life.

56 life + 79 life from "virile" = 135 life total.

The highest value of +life an amulet can have is 135.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong
