disconect problems at the same time (5.20pm) for the last week

I have noticed that at the same time every day for the last week or so I get constant "unexpected disconnects" when logging in and when changing areas in the game. I ran WinMTR as per your instruction guide and got the following results after 2 or 3 minuts of run time.

This was when connected to the instance server at 168.1.82.198.

I have the same problems trying to login to other servers (American, Eu or Singaporean). The problem occurs at 5.20PM (+10 GMT, Sydney time)and I can: Login, select a character, load that character and then load in town. No NPC's are visible and I cannot connect to a chat server. After a few seconds I am then kicked to the login screen.

I have checked the router and can connect to the internet for other things without issue so I don't think its a hardware issue at my end.

Just an update - Its now 4.40pm my time (GMT +10) and the problems are occurring once again.

Running WinMTR on the instance server 168.1.82.198 shows a lot of drop outs.
Running WinMTR on the instance server 168.1.82.197 shows no dropouts.

My partner is running on 168.1.82.197 now perfectly, whilst my machine keeps trying to connect to 168.1.82.198 and failing.

I have been getting the same problem for the past 2 weeks at the exact same time and its been getting progressively worse and last for 4hrs now which is starting to really make it completely unplayable for me.
I would also like to note we are both with Exetel so this could be a provider issue.

Around 5.20ish again - and after an hour or two playing the game has dropped once again....
