the shield effect from Maligaro's Restraint Chain Belt, will it stack with the shield effect of discipline force field effect?
p.s. what builds utilize Maligaro's belt ? |

Yes the effects stack up, you can have double bubble.
As for builds, people seem to be still working it out. You can use it for strait up glasscannon, or some have been getting the shock damage then summoning totems. | |

Every build can use it! Except I'm not sure whether it works with minions!
The belt is AMAZING. It's like hitting nitro! | |
