In any case, my Divination works perfectly, it's something on your end.

When it comes to Path of Exile, you have to read between the lines very carefully.

When a flask says "...during flask effect", it means that if you are at full HP and full Mana the effect will stop. You can't have a flask effect if your HP and Mana are both at 100% because there is no effect to fill.

Try having 50% HP or 50% Mana with low regen and see if that works.

Deactivate an aura, then hit the flask, then cull the boss/exile/rare mob.

It is that simple.
