100% fire damage Glacial Cascade with Pledge of Hands

Just dinged 85 on my final Torment character and landed my first 8/8. Feels good, man. Although, I do miss all those exalts I had to spend on an unidentified Valako's Sign!
 Current tree at 85. 4811 life + 1306 mana unreserved for Mind Over Matter. Followed the non-crit guide here more or less. Avatar of Fire + Cold to Fire gem = 100% fire damage that can shock through the Three Dragons helm.
Gear
6-link Pledge of Hands is great and fun to use. It plus Cloak of Defiance ended up giving me 284 mana per second regen without needing Discipline or mana reservation nodes. And I still haven't fully leveled the gems or gotten Inner Force.
