Cast on Spell Crit

Why isn't this a thing? Or just a cast on hit gem with a % to cast a linked spell automatically? There's so much untapped potential here.

Because everything linked to it would be a spell, so which would be the primary and which would it cast when said primary spell crit? The reason why there is only Cast on Crit is because you use an Attack crit to cast a Spell, not a Spell crit to cast another Spell.

It would be a funny option, adding variety. But it is important first, imho, to buff the crit chance of spells: 5-6% is too little, in comparison with e.g. 9-10% of daggers and moreover with 12,50% of wands
