Thats cool. I found this earlier today lvling my scion just want to share.
Decent for 45. Especially playing incinerate which can benefit from projectiles. Git R Dun!

Yep nice wand, specially for that fire roll ... didn't know you can roll up to 45% spell dmg on masters .... for the record, that dagger was dropped at the torture chamber boss ...

I got this yesterday :) Not sure it it worth that much as a scepter, maybe for a coc but attack speed is still slow :(

both self found havent seen better incinerator wand since. i know it lacks cast speed but otherwise it fits perfectly into my build |
