Radeon HD7670m problem

I am playing on hp pavilion g7 with that graphic card in it. I can't switch ingame to hd7670 couse game just read intel hd 4000 graphic card (onboard)... I tryed switch in "switchable graphic card" option in winows POE to HIGH but still nothing... Any ideas to finally play without so big lags?

Try deleting your PoE settings ini file, My Games\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\production_Config.ini will be restored to default after you delete it and start the game.

Nop i still can't select other card (option is grey color)
