Signature AoE “static blow” explosion, shock bonus from multiple sources and ignite damage. When comparing clear speeds of my Scion to my 70k dual striker marauder, actual DPS would more likely be closer to 60k

100% Chance nearby Enemies will ignite for Overkill Burn Damage (Herald of Ash)
12% Chance to Blind with 26% Increased Blind Duration (Legacy Bringer of Rain)

LEECH
1% Fire leech (Corrupted Stone of Lazhwar)
1% Lightning leech (Doryani’s Invitation, lightning version)
7% Physical Damage leech (rings and Crest of Perandus)
--Have not decided on Vaal Pact as of yet, would be nice to leech of the lightning strikes and AoE Static Blow explosions when they hit multiple enemies (which are more often 50-50 lightning/physical). Without Vaal Pact the leech is almost unnoticeable due to queuing most likely.

~2600 life for the moment. I want to reach 3500 minimum by lv90
~10,600 Armor Rating with Iron Reflexes
Resistances all past 75% (around the 80’s to 90’s)
58% Damage Reduction without Endurance Charges
Base 62% Chance to Block Attacks
Base 31% Chance to Block Spells
Rumi’s Elixir boosts Block to 75/57%
--Still have another 5% block nodes nearby and another 4% not so nearby I probably won’t get
