Would farming solo Lunaris 3/Dom be more worth it than maps?

I'm just wondering. Every once in awhile I get real bored with running maps and just want to run something that's a little different, but it just doesn't seem as efficient.
Is say, Merc Dom, only efficient in a group?

Naw He's pretty efficient solo, basically the only group efficiency comes from not having to walk to the upper scepter each time because someone can leave a portal there.

Assuming you have to share with everyone, playing in a group is only really extra efficient if you having someone culling. Otherwise being in a group gets you less loot in general.
