A couple minor QoL requests

#3 was already suggested half year ago.

I have the feeling if it was asked in Q&A we would have the answer something like "It requires too much work and resourses, we have other priorities about development"
That seems to be the catch-all excuse, but I don't buy it.

There's a difference between what they can do and what they will do. If they don't want to, fine--just provide a good reason. "ARPGs don't do this" isn't a good reason, though, because it isn't true. Maybe the guys at GGG never played Torchlight2, but even if other games haven't done it, that still doesn't mean they couldn't. Innovation is healthy for games, and the current games industry is in a period of severe stagnation.
