Terrible graphic fragments, textures missing etc

Hi there,

In my experience that kind of behaviour only happened when my video card was dying. It's possible your card may have burned itself out a bit, or is somehow being conflicted by settings imposed on it by multiple programs. How is your computers temperature and are you running any optimization software that might cause this?
