Does Rumi Flask Work Without Wearing A Shield?

Rumi Flask has additional block chance and addtional chance to block spells. Does this also work if you dont wear a shield? kind regards:) | |

yes.
block doesnt depend on shield. you can get block by using a staff or double wield will give you 15% block. so if you have zero block, rumi will add to zero :) | |

You could also just go to an area, hit C, then click 'defenses', pop the flask and see what you block chance is. I guess it would be hard if you didnt have the potion, but Im assuming you do.
