Is the forum ignore option/mod still around?

Hey guys,

I heard a while back that there was a nifty thing that allowed you to block posts of select accounts on the forums, is that thing still around? I've looked around for quite a while and couldn't find it. If someone knows the link to it, I'd appreciate it if you could let me know. And I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forums, I'd post in gameplay help but no one would respond.
