[1.3] Dr. Fire build (RF, Cyclone+CoC+FlameSurge, EE, Shocked)

I switched at 69 when I got my PoF to 20.

My setup was Empower(lvl 2)+Red Mana+Vitality+PoF in Geofri's Crest.

I updated the gear section to reflect what i'm using now. I lose prolly 3-4 hp/s but with 5.2k it doesn't really matter :)

It's interesting because I was theory crafting a build like this while I was bored in class and I was planning on using Ice nova for its amazing clear and glacial cascade to help with single target.
