Always at the same time? sounds like your ISP might be limiting trafic in your area which they usualy do at peek times That would be the first thing that pops into mind The other, maybe because you are getting a zero response from host on the first line of your WinMTR...normaly i wouldn't even bother but the first one should be showing. Nothing on the test constitutes a DC, even latency spikes don't show much higher than 190ms which won't DC you. were you playing to the point of DC when you ran the test? Ancestral Bond. Yes from login when i clicked on my stash/NPC/ WP there is a few seconds delay before the menu pops up, i ran my summoner character, when i got to Spectre of God to raise zombies/evangelists there was obvious lag between the time i pressed the raise zombie button and the zombie actually being raised then poof! its disconnects. Results for your host (181.188.23.121 - 181.188.23.121): Is your upload traffic rate limited? There is no indication that your ISP rate limits your uploads. Is your download traffic rate limited? There is no indication that your ISP rate limits your downloads. However, some of the measurements were affected by noise, which limits Glasnost ability to detect rate limiting. Details: * There is no indication that your ISP rate limits your BitTorrent downloads. In our tests, downloads using control flows achieved up to 810 Kbps while downloads using BitTorrent achieved up to 823 Kbps. * There is no indication that your ISP rate limits downloads on port 6881 or 34496. In our tests, downloads on port 6881 achieved up to 810 Kbps while downloads on port 34496 achieved up to 1151 Kbps.
