Random Instance Crashes

Hi guys, I started playing PoE like year and a half ago. All that time I had one Big Problem. Sometimes(very often actually) I get crash when loading new instance. My FPS in other games is 70-ish, here it goes 30 most of the time(and 70 for a sec or so) Tried so many different things, nothing worked. Any ideas?
