Righteous Fire Rising (of the Pheonix) - Revengeance (1.3)

I was a fan of PoeJoe's old 1.1 RF Scion build, and so I wanted to retool it for 1.3 while keeping its play largely similar.

Here's where I'm currently at. Gem layout is slightly different as I never got a Voideye.
Keeping fire res at a good level without popping flask might be more difficult as there's less max resist nodes on the tree.

Of course, suggestions for improvement are welcome.
