RT Chin Sol Bow Tank Stun Build - Need Advice

Hi, noob here, I wanted to roll a Bow Tank build. And then decided on Chin Sol, since it seems really good at close range. And since I'm a tank, close range should be okay right?

Burning Arrow looks good due to it's "Deals 130% of Base Damage".

+ Stun + PPAD + Added Fire + WED?

Hatred and HoA

I plan to use Cast when Stun + IC (hence I didn't get Unwavering on the tree).

Removed Aspect of the Eagle, took Point Blank. tree now only uses 104 points.

Just for anyone who might stumble to this thread:

I stun locked Lunaris Piety at level 62 (that 4 levels below Lunaris Temple basement 3).
Used a 5L Barrage. Nothing too fancy on my other gear. Stopped at level 64 (since bow's are not really my playstyle), but I've observed that I can stun lock rares. Kole is also no problem, face tank 'em anytime you want.

btw, that decoy totem was only used when I ran my level 8 masters with global 820. I used Lightning Arrow for leveling. And then Burn Arrow + LMP when I got into maps.
