Kinda useless to focus armor since you need 40% reduced phys or so with AA. I ve got a lot of mana regen % which allow me to play with only 200es from carcass.

What would you use instead of carcass? This body armour is perfect for flameblast, you got 200+ es for your AA, increased AoE, increased area damage, life, res..

Concerning leveling tree, just go top till EB which is needed for merciless.
