Help me pick a build please!

Let me first say Iv been playing for 2 years and am a very experienced player so no noob builds pls. :)
So my current (sc) build is a CoC Wander. I can wipe the screen in seconds with this build. Any zone, any map (excluding ele reflect) quickly. I like the clear speed, but what Im wanting is MORE Life/Es (only 2.5k) and I want More iir/iiq. What iv been thinking is making a character to run dominus quicker and more efficient (also have a culler setup already). Iv been wanting to make a build that untilizes shavs for some time now but just havent been able to come up with anything I would like. Iv thought Phys Spectral throw, but it seems as if that build isnt very popular anymore which leads me to believe that it isnt very efficient. I'm just wanting a build that 1: uses shavs, 2:Does massive dps, and 3: can utilize iir/iiq is some ways. Sorry for the lengthy post but I just need help as iv been pulling my hair out trying to come up with a tree/build for 2 days now. Thanks in advance! " Incinerate. It can get 32k DPS without ANY investment, besides a 20-30% block shield and Cybil's Paw. Thus it is enough damage on its own. Since Incinerate does its own damage, gear can be geared towards survivability or utility. In your case it would be IIQ/IIR. Any additional spell damage would just be icing on the cake.
