Can we have a 'Vorici's Chosen' League?

A league where we can pay Vorici to put hits out on other players...
Maybe have a 3 day cool down before another active hit can be put on a player, but depending on the amount of currency spent (different package deals at Vorici) works out to exile's spawning up to 50 times more often for the day of the hit's effect...
