Need a buy back Tab on Vendors

I went to check what mods i could put on my +3 lightning scepter and i couldn't roll highest Spell Damage on it because Catarina wasn't high enough lvl. Some how in my farming/selling junk items endeavors i managed to sell the scepter without even realizing it.

I would also like a delete button so i can clear out remove only tabs efficiently with a toggle confirmation window.

Especially for the guild stash.
