Challenge Issue

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I need help.
I have done at least 5 of Zana's missions to help another master with their mission, including my Zana daily today ... yet it still registers as incomplete on my challenge list.
what am i doing wrong ?
is this a bug ?
what can i do ?
