Is it possible to switch to normal league?

hi, i started my main character on torment league, but some of my friends only plays in standard.

i know when the torment league will be over my char will be moved in standard.

Is it possible to move my two chars in torment to standard league now?

or i need to wait?

I have spend many hours for theese chars and i don't want make new one.

You need to wait. Those friends of yours can probably give you some gear to help with a new character.
