Not enough Disk Space when doing install.

I have 2 drives in comp. C: drive has 2GB and D: drive has 648GB. On starting install I select the D: drive. it does the initial install with no problems. When I start the program and it looks for resources and starts to download it says not enough disk space. Any way to make download the files to a different temp file?

found issue to be trying to install on a fat32 drive. Darn now format...
