Weapon effects attachable to quivers and shields

I really like to use my weapon effects on dual wield characters since you can use a weapon effect on each weapon

now since i play a lot of archer and shield chars too i really miss being able to use two effects

it would be really awesome to be able to attach the existing weapon effects on quivers and shields
since there are absolutely zero quiver. and very few shield-transaction

i would very much like to be able to do this since most of the weapon effects look really amazing
and im also sure it would encurage a few people to donate a little bit more ;)

i would be happy about a reply of what you think of this idea
