Bloodless only for PvP?

I wonder on taking Blodless passive keystone, but I'm not sure if wouldn't it be waste of point.

Some of the rares do have the mod "leeches life"

It's also helpful against those exiles that leech insane amounts of life. You know, if you can't kill them quick enough.
And yeah, 8% life on a node could come with "gives you prostate cancer" and I would still take it. A comprehensive, easy on the eyes loot filter:
