What can i build with this?

Ok so I have a lvl 86 scion sitting around in Standard. It used to be a spectral throw which sucked and now i want to see what build would require the least gear changes and still be able to do high lvl maps.

Any advice is appreciated.
Edit: i also have like 200 pure chaos and some other currencies.
