No, ignite from any source, and shock from any source both stay on corpses - they are not removed on death (which allows them to proliferate from corpses), and will thus still be on a monster which is revived from such a corpse. That's why it happens in this case.

No it doesn't.
Proliferation applies to enemies of the thing that caused the ignite, not to allies of the ignited thing. The ignited thing's team is irrelevant.
