Login via Steam not in English

Not sure if this is an issue with link associated with the "Login via Steam" button, or an issue once I get to the Steam hosted page, but the Steam login page comes up in French by default, not English. Worse yet, the language drop down on the page doesn't even contain English as an option. Either way I think it's a problem that needs to be addressed. I had to create a dummy account just to post this message since I don't want to end up with some kind of non-English version of the PoE site by logging in anyway.

Note: I'm in California so it's not some kind of region issue.
