Instance specific lag spikes

Since starting playing today, both my housemate and I have been experiencing horrific lag spikes and desync, but only in specific instances. We are working round this by recreating instances till we get a non laggy one.
I have not been able to test on another connection, but the fact that it only occurs in some instances and not others leads me to believe it is server side. Is this a known problem? | |

I'm having the same issue, and PoE eventually crashes due it.
Realy dangerous for me as im in bloodlines. Get some weird FPS/lagg spikes no idea what causes it. I've read that some others also have this issue, and as far as i know there's no fix yet. | |

happens during weekends when the servers are full. thing is, the only thing that fixes it is server maintenance after it occurs. it never happened before patch 1.3 and im sure the game popularity was as high 1 or 2 patches back. cant really be sure about that though.
it's the 2nd weekend im expriencing this aswell. game is not playable. for some networks they dont get affected by it. got a friend who's playing without issues and he using a diffrent network provider. | |

This is now getting worse if anything, seems I am far from the only one experiencing it. At a guess dodgy routing to a specific instance server.
GGG please can you resolve, as this is now unplayable - I am having to abandon maps as soon as I step in if it is a laggy one. | |

im having lagg spikes today aswell, was playing shrine map and everytime i fight in a group of monsters (was horrible on any type of lightning dmg) i was get 2fps lagg spikes especialy on Piety her self, it was horrible
