DeathBringeR638 - you will need to contact your service provider as the high latency immediately begins with your second hop. Your ISP shoud be able to provide some help.

_To7_ - You should also contact your provider in your case - connection issues seem to be popping up quite early in your trace.

Remember to forward the trace through to them so they can see where you're having issues.
