I am creating new character, what do you think about this build?

I'm a bit confused as to what you're going for here. That build doesn't seem to really specialise in anything. Plus, it's a Marauder, yet you seem to be aiming to be a spellcaster. Not that it's impossible to do, but it's a little harder than starting as a Witch or Templar.
