Modify current build or start all over?

Hello,

I recently started playing POE, and quite enjoy the game. I started with a dual flame totem build, which is fun, but I am now level 75 and doing ~2k dps (tooltip). Upon doing more research, I have been told by other people in game that it isn't possible to clear some of the higher level maps with this build, like Aztiri.

I'd like to complete everything the game has to offer, at least once. So my question is can I salvage my build below, or do I need to try a different build? I know in this game you cant respec completely.

1) is it possible to take this build to Aztiri?

2) If not, then can I change this build to something else by respecing ~20 points?
