Igna Phoenix Question

So I recently killed Igna Phoenix in a 72 map on my cycloner, but I was thinking of a cheesy way to kill her. She's losing life with RF up but still keeps the ES. What if you can simply wait till she goes down below 10% life and leapslam cull her(get dunked). Will this actually work or will she never drop into the culling range from the RF itself?

Igna's RF is based on old, old code. Like from the low life RF spork totem days.
Like from when the degen was based on your life pool alone (and easily tankable w/ a big ES pool and zealot oath)

She does not degen herself at all.

I think her ES regen is the same as the degen from RF that she has.

She will not kill herself, so you still have to go in on her face if you are melee.

I've heard Flammability/Vulnerability will let her melt herself.

I went back to get some ruby flasks and roll them a little, when I came back to fight her she had full ES and was around 30% life. So If I waited a little longer, she would be within the culling range and I could just 1shot her. Am I right?

She is always at 30% life; she is a low life character.

If you wait longer she will remain the same.

It may be possible to try the curse method described above.

Oh 30%, that answers my question, thanks. I managed to facetank her and she died on 2nd ruby charge, I dropped to like 70% life for a second. I imagine It won't be as easy in higher level maps, hence I asked the question. Will probably tryout the flammability curse the next time I meet her.

Found on reddit: "Curse her with flammability, elemental weakness, and vulnerability. Hide and wait for her to die. If you can get elemental equilibrium to lower her fire resist more, even better."

Igna is a Huge bitch.. and is the Lifebar bugged? had a couple of full HP Ignas but they died in seconds after i had her ES :P

The idea is that she is wearing a Shav's, so Chaos does not bypass ES.
