Temp chains reduced player effectiveness.

Hi all,

Quick question, does Temporal Chain's new 40% reduced effect on players apply to reflected curse with shackles of the wretched? The wording of the gem seems to imply yes, the wording in the patch notes seems to imply it needs to be another player.

I don't know either as I don't care about PvP, sorry

I just wanted to put the obversation out there, gathered from a couple of threads, that PvPers seem to have a mindset so competitive that sportsmanship - like answering the questions of aspiring PvPers - is out of the question.

Really sad.
