Best place to Find items to trade?

As you probably imagine, the endgame. Farming Piety and Dominus in merciless difficulty is probably the most feasible for a newcomer. However many valuable items can drop only in high level endgame maps and a few drops are also specific to our beloved 'raid' boss Atziri.
Of course, you should play in temporary leagues, permanent ones are too saturated with good items so it's very hard to sell anything. Uhh... garage sales? Maybe collector meets if you need something specific?
