How dose "Run & Gun" Skill gems sounds?

... I mean while moving you can shot with a bow / or raise your 2 handed big damn sword into an attack possition while charging to your targets yelling "This isssssssssssss (xxxxxx - put epic word here - xxxxxx ) .

Vengeance is kind of run-and-gun for melee. It's quite fun.

If you found a way to bypass the Cooldown on the skill with any linkings please do tell , i`m interested in this , its sounds very fun , just for the loolz . Helicopter build here I come 1
