Why the hell 10x snow effects - why no option for 1?

I would gladly pay like 15 for one but now I'm not getting it cause I don't want 10

I was wondering the same thing. The x10 makes me think that use of the snow effect is limited to 10 uses.

Because it takes 10 of them to cover your hideout. Just like rain and leaves.

it is possibly an experiment , tobehonest it was a pain in the ass to do them 1 at a time especially when they didnt stack.
