Best Path to Ondars Guile for Ev Ranger?

Quickstep looks interesting. I like the idea of + attack speed - combined with life and/or mana on hit it makes a lot of sense.

I'm breezing through with tornado shot + LMP + added cold, but hitting the mana flask a lot.

The passive tree sure makes this interesting. There's so much flexibility.
