Terrible Latency Just Started

I live in Korea, and I've never had latency until recently, but it can get bad, over 1000. What should I try?

In situations like this the best way to proceed will be to generate a WinMTR report. A WinMTR report will provide us with some details about the connection between your PC and our servers, and can help pinpoint any potential issues. You can find a guide to using WinMTR here:
