Continuing disconnection problems

Hmm. Did you watch the trace while you experienced the disconnect? Those ping spikes are still occuring from your system/modem, and they're affecting your connection to our servers.

You may need to check that nothing else on your system is using your connection (Windows comes with a tool called 'Resource Monitor', searchable in your start menu search bar) while you play Path of Exile. I would also turn off any other devices using your network while you test this, and hopefully we can isolate the cause of this ping spike issue.
