Restarted computer now my chest piece, gems and skin are gone

I just restarted my computer to find my chest, my seraph chest skin and all my gems in chest piece are missing. I have no clue where they would have gone to. I know I didn't delete them cause I have a skin on it. the skin is not in my microstransaction tab, none of the missing items are in either my guild or private stash tab, I checked every character on every league including all of those stash's.
It seems as tho it has simply vanished. pretty much pissed at this point | |
