Americas, midwest specifically, can't connect

I got booted earlier. Cannot connect now using AMERICA gateway.
Can connect through Europe. However, I cannot zone to my hideout. Causes another disconnect. via the read me, the traceroute:

RIP all my map loots Guessing I wasn't able to zone before because I created the instance on america????
