GGG, if the system can't find a reasonably close ranked player to match you with, please just notify the players instead of having us queue vs guys that give zero points in the end.

ALSO RE-ENABLE /OOS WTF IT'S THE DESYNC ANSWER AND ITS DISABLED IN THE DESYNC-IEST FEATURE OF THE GAME.
