Sound Issues

Hey there,

I keep having a sound issue whilst playing.
the sound cuts in and out every few seconds - usually cuts back in when i am attacking but
keeps cutting in and out regardless.

now i am not sure if it is related to the new headphones i have purchased
*Turtle Beach Z22*
but other things like Youtube and League Of Legends Game Client do not have the same issue
which leads me to believe it is a Path Of Exile Issue or an issue related to my new headset & "POE"

any help would be greatly appreciated!
