Disconnects every 2mins

Your first trace ran for too long, whereas your second trace was too short. The best traces usually last for around 300 packets sent while you are experiencing your issue as they are long enough to capture your disconnections, but not so long that they are capturing all of your other network usage in the day (and therefore biasing the results of the trace).

However, that large amount of packet loss at the start of your first trace is worrying. If you use a wireless connection to your modem/router, we recommend switching to wired. Also check that your Antivirus/Firewall and not interfering with Path of Exile's connectivity, turning off any programs that also use your network, and diagnosing your connection while there are no other users on your network (such as family members or flatmates). Try running another trace after checking these fixes.
