Piscators "Buzzsaw" : Crit or RT?

With the new Kinetic Blast Wand skill I think a "Wand Buzzsaw" is more then viable. I'm having a problem with choosing the build though. I defenetly want to use a Piscators Vigil.




I know that the Idea of going to build a noncrit wander is redicoulous, but the "pros" of going RT is visible on the tree.

I could take more life nodes, have 53% reduce manacost with 20Q Conc effect, not oneshotting myself to ele reflect.

I think that CONC and WED is enough multiplier on top of the 120% base to be enough dmg even noncrit, and I am more flexible on the tree and gear.

On the other Hand, Crit would go to insane dmg values, but would be MUCH MUCH more expensive.

E: I know its more a question of currency liquidity. If you got enough currency to sustain crit (read: can purchase an Acuity), its upsides are clear.

But RT is much cheaper and can be build "budget". Halp.

I don't think it's even viable to go RT with wand builds. I think life based elemental wander should not be too expensive, even if you do decide to go crit.

Sorry I can't really help you with the tree, my only experience in this game as of yet lies with melee and bow builds.

Finally for reflect, I've seen a lot of ele builds take vaal pact, since you already use a life leech gem.

I think you're vastly underestimating the amount of damage you need to do to regularly one-shot yourself to reflect. Honestly, if you're that worried about it, you could wear Ungil's Harmony and use a tree like this:

Then you'll have enough Crits to benefit from Surgeon's mod on flasks and greater free chance of elemental status effects, but not worry about the extra damage.

It's silly not to run crit with piscators, 10-11% base is incredibly easy to scale for high crit chance. If your worried about reflect just take it is easy on the crit multiplier
